Dr. Richard L. Hebert, II was born in Eunice, Louisiana and earned his medical degree in 1994. Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Hebert has received numerous awards and recognitions for his work in the field of ENT. He chose ENT as his specialty because he found it to offer the perfect balance between medical and surgical management of patients of all ages. Additionally, the wide range of surgical procedures in one specialty were very intriguing to him as a young medical student.

Dr. Hebert believes in engaging patients in their healthcare plan by educating them, taking the time to know them, and treating the whole person. This approach has been a key focus of his practice for over 20 years. It allows him to enjoy his favorite part of practicing medicine, which is getting to know people and caring for them.
