Dr. Elise Scallan, a Louisiana native, excelled academically at Louisiana State University, earning her undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude in 1993 and her medical degree with honors in 1997.

Her comprehensive training spanned several prestigious hospitals, including Charity Hospital and Children's Hospital. Married to orthopedic surgeon Jimmy Lalonde, they share four children. A board-certified ENT specialist, Dr. Scallan, is renowned for her expertise in treating various head and neck conditions in both children and adults.
