Katy MasseyDirector Of Operations
Katy Massey, a native of St. Amant and graduate of St. Amant High School, earned her technical diploma as a Medical Assistant from Ascension College in 2004. Returning to academics in 2009, she completed coursework at River Parishes Community College before transferring to Louisiana State University at Alexandria in 2015 to finish her undergraduate studies.
Inspired by her father's first heart attack at age 13, Katy's passion for healthcare blossomed, fueling her mission to enhance patient care relationships among allied health professionals. With two decades devoted to improving patient care at clinical and operational levels, she most recently served as Operations Manager at Baton Rouge General Physicians from 2021 to 2023.
Katy actively contributes to her community as a member of local Chambers of Commerce and recently joined the Junior League of Baton Rouge. Outside of her professional pursuits, she cherishes time with her family and friends, embracing south Louisiana traditions like crawfish boils, Sunday family dinners, and celebrating Mardi Gras and LSU Baseball.
